5 Apps We Couldn’t Do Business Without

1. Basecamp. Basecamp is our go-to software system and app for project management. It allows us to collaborate as a team of two, it allows us to serve our clients efficiently and accurately, and it allows us to pursue our big dreams in a step-by-step way. We can’t recommend Basecamp enough!
2. Google Calendar. Google Calendar is our favorite for collaborating as a team of two. We also love how events can be color-coded, repeated, and more. Google Calendar connects with other apps like Calendly and Zoom, so we’re able to keep all of our events and meetings in one quick, easy, accessible place.
3. Dropbox. Dropbox is our go-to file storage system. We love how it’s available on our computers, on the Dropbox website, and on the app! Everything is so neatly organized, and we love that we can create links for each file uploaded – in case it needs to be shared! Our clients’ files are shared with our clients via Dropbox, and providing a link — with an expiration date — has always worked really well.
4. Planoly. Planoly is our go-to Instagram planner. We love that it’s a visual planner for Instagram and that posts can be posted to Instagram automatically. That way, we can stay off of social media all day long – knowing that Planoly is doing the hard work for us.
5. Tailwind. Finally, Tailwind is our app of choice for Pinterest marketing. We love being able to bulk upload pins and easily paste in hashtags or descriptions. It’s super, super seamless and makes large-scale marketing a breeze! Pinterest can truly help to grow your website traffic, so Tailwind is a truly valuable resource.
